Gabriela Baska

I obtained my Master´s degree in Psychology at the University of Warsaw, having specialized in psychotherapy. While training there, I spent an academic year at the Complutense University of Madrid. Also, I acquired a Master's degree in Creative Therapies (specializing in body-oriented psychotherapy) at the Autonomous University of Barcelona.

Currently, I am developing my professional skills by studying for a Master's in Systemic Relational Therapy at Hestía Training Center.

My practical training involved working in psychiatric hospitals with individuals and groups with severe mental disorders. Also, I led individual and group therapy sessions with adolescents suffering from eating disorders, and guided therapeutic groups to help clients with neurodevelopmental disorders.

Presently, I'm giving individual therapy sessions to clients with a variety of problems, such as: emotional regulation, anxiety, overthinking, trauma, difficulties in relationships, somatization issues, body image, and self-esteem

I work with an integrative approach involving the mind-body connection to assist my clients within the relational-systemic model.

Practices in  English, Spanish and Polish
