She is a psychologist and sociologist, studied at the University of Warsaw and at the University of La Coruña. In her work as a psychotherapist she integrates different tools and approaches, because she believes in a way of working adapted and personalized to each person.
She is certified as a Humanistic Integrative Therapist by the Erich Fromm Institute in Barcelona. She is also accredited by the EMDR Association in Spain, which enables her to apply EMDR therapy (Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing), used mainly in treatments related to phobias and relational traumas.
She has developed her professional experience in several countries, such as Peru, Poland and Spain where she has worked as a psychologist, change management consultant, educator and trainer.
In her career as a psychologist she has worked with different groups: she was granted a scholarship for a year by the NGO Coprodeli Peru where she worked with people with mental illnesses. She also gave workshops on emotion management and empathy for children and adolescents in a psycho-educational center of the NGO "Ciudad de los Niños" in Granada and has also given workshops on communication for couples at the Centro de Psicología Integral "Presentia" in Granada.
Her specialty is related to anxiety problems, phobias, burnout, couple problems, depression or personality disorders. She continues to train, learn, develop and under continuous supervision.
